In this one hour and 10 minutes we got through the Kriya for nerve navel and lower spine strength. In this class are the classical movements from Kundalini Yoga: Spinal Flex, Sufi Grinds, movements like upward to downward dog incorporated with what considers typical Hatha Yoga Asanas: Chair (Utkatasana), Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana), Sphinx Pose (Salamba Bhujangasana) and Seal variation of the Cobra pose (Bhujangasana); all occurring in between a modified version of the Kriya of Nerve, Navel and Lower Spine strength.
